These terms apply when you use the OopsMemo app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them.

Your content

Everything you write or attach belongs to you and stays on your device. Keeping backups is up to you: we can't recover notes that were deleted, lost with a device, or removed by uninstalling the app.

Pro

Pro is sold through Google Play as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's policies, and you can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play. Lifetime means for as long as the app is offered on Google Play, on the Google account that bought it.

Ads

The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob.

Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law, and don't copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Henal Communications is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for the loss of data stored on your device.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
